Our Coaches

We take pride in providing a safe, supportive, and high-quality environment for our players. All of our coaches are paid and professionally trained, including student-athletes, experienced coaches, and dedicated parents.

To ensure the safety and well-being of every player, we require all coaches to complete mandated reporter training and receive a certificate. Additionally, every coach undergoes a thorough background check, including a fingerprint scan. On the morning of Evaluation Day, coaches participate in a training session to prepare them for the season and align with our league’s values and standards.

Our commitment to high standards ensures that every player in our league is guided by knowledgeable, responsible, and passionate individuals who share our mission to inspire and empower young athletes.

Coach/Volunteer Compliance Requirements 

To ensure the safety and professionalism of our league, all coaches must complete the following steps:

  1. Sign Up to Coach

    • When registering your player, there is a section on the registration form to sign up to become a coach.

    • If you have already registered your player and would like to sign up to coach, please email lfgsl@enfuegou.com to express your interest.

  2. Complete Mandated Reporter Training

  3. Schedule a Fingerprint Scan

  4. Submit Proof of Compliance

    • Once steps 2 and 3 are completed, email lfgsl@enfuegou.com with:

    • A copy of your mandated reporter training certificate

    • Confirmation that your fingerprint scan is completed​​
